This isn’t your high school health science class come back to life. When you engage with a health coach, you are gaining a mentor and accountability partner. Good health is based on good habits and good habits can be hard to stick by in a busy schedule. They are even harder to develop and maintain if you are not connected to what is really motivating you to attain good health (hint, it usually isn’t just to feel good). As your health coach, I will work with you to develop your individual wellness plans and set health goals that are not only doable, but connect you to what really matters. When it comes to cultivating healthier living, a health coach will help you plant the right seeds for a more vibrant, healthier way of being.

Our society promotes a “productive” culture where the measure of a “useful” life is often interpreted as a busy life. But our efforts to always be in action, to believe we are either being productive or seen as getting things done too often comes at a cost we eventually end up paying in burn-out, overwhelm and a sense of continual stress. The myth of multi-tasking also has us believe we can achieve a semi super human status based uon our ability to juggle and accomplish many tasks. But the effort to acheive success at doing everything at once or bouncing back and forth between tasks comes with an unseen and not so healthy side effect. Multi-tasking can teach us to be very well versed in allowing ourselves to be distracted or unable to fully focus on what is going on in any present moment. Despite what marketing slogans and sound bites are thrown our way, we are not designed to “do it all”. Just as all things in nature, we have a rhythmn, an order to both our bodies and mind designed for us to thrive. Bring clarity to our intentions, to our purpose in life can do much to help us design a schedule, whether by day, week, or month, that will bring us back to a harmonious rhythm in our lives.

As a transformational and wellness coach, my job is to help you bring about increased awareness of your model of the world in order to create new possibilities for how you see yourself, other people and the world. Those new possibilities bring new perspectives and a fresh outlook on how to let go of what is not working for your health, well-being, and state of mind and create and sustain a healthier, energized and centered way of living. My focus is on helping you safely and compassionately explore the underlying assumptions, beliefs, values, expectations, personal attitudes that shape your present experience of life and discover within yourself that empowered vision and perspective that will bring about deep and meaningful change. I will help you uncover the meaning and reason for the unconscious habits and obstacles that seem to always get in the way and how you can transform them into the stepping stones towards your dreams, goals and having the satisfying relationships and fulfilling life you know that you are meant to live.

About Me
Having grown up in various cultures and countries, I developed from a young age, a deep curiosity and desire to understand people at their core levels and what motivates them, which from my experience of living in different regions of the world, still presented themselves universally. I followed the typical path for my generation, went to college, fell into a career, but all the while, I felt to the need to engage with people, with life itself, at a more meaningful level. I followed that passion, that desire with education and advanced certification in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Health, Life, and Transformational Mastery level programs. The journey has been a spiritual one as well. My work has deepened and brought more meaning and insight to me as well as my clients through mindfulness and meditation practice and keeping my mind, body and spirit connected and engaged through yoga, Qigong and other energy philosophies and practices. I approach life, my work, my relationships from this integrated approach. What it has taught me is that I live in a world filled with limitless potential – that there is nothing that I must effort to create, for all that I seek is there. My challenge, my clients’ challenge, is just to uncover and release the ideas, obstacles and limitations we have put in the way. It is my purpose and passion to help you connect to a life of inspiration, to help you rediscover your vibrancy and well-being, to thrive and live your life from an empowered, center way of being.
